Overview: I’m working on a eDiscovery Senior Analyst position with a top-tier law firm in London. This is a relationship-first role sitting between the legal teams and the tech, where you’ll be the go-to person in the office for litigation support and eDiscovery from matter intake through to trial.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the primary London contact for litigation support, partnering closely with litigators, eDiscovery counsel and case teams
- Owning the day-to-day project coordination for review matters, including review protocols, search strategy, sampling, QC and productions
- Building, maintaining and optimising review workspaces across platforms like Relativity and DISCO, plus other industry tools
- Managing production quality, including privilege and confidentiality calls, redactions and defensible outputs
- Delivering training and ongoing support to lawyers and business services teams on litigation systems and workflows
- Managing external vendor relationships and keeping matters on track across timelines, process and quality
- Applying defensible approaches to AI-enabled discovery (TAR, active learning, GenAI tools and analytics), including validation and QC
- Supporting information retention and data privacy review work, with ownership of tracking, reporting and maintaining templates/resources
