The opportunity
We are supporting a highly regarded eDiscovery team that operates as a true consulting function for law firm and corporate clients. This is an end-to-end delivery role, owning matters from early-stage collection management through to productions, with heavy use of AI and advanced analytics. You’ll be joining an extremely experienced group, with most team members at 8+ years in eDiscovery, and clear runway for progression as the function continues to grow. APT has already placed 6+ people into this team and all are still there, performing well and progressing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage eDiscovery projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, delivery, timelines, and stakeholder management
- Consult with lawyers and corporate clients across the full EDRM lifecycle, including collection strategy and oversight, processing, search, review workflows, QC, and productions
- Lead Relativity matter build and ongoing administration, ensuring best practice workflows and defensible outputs
- Use analytics and AI extensively to drive efficiency, quality, and insight (including RelAIR where applicable)
- Translate technical decisions into clear advice for non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with senior team members and contribute to playbooks, standards, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience with strong Relativity expertise
- Recent experience on RelOne is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to run matters independently and act as a client-facing consultant
- Strong understanding of collections, defensible workflows, and production standards
- Calm, organised communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Highly desirable: RelAIR and/or wider AI expertise (this role will use AI heavily)
- Relativity certifications (RCA, RCU, etc.) and/or ACEDS
- Experience supporting both law firms and corporate legal teams
Package:
- £60,000 to £70,000 base salary
- Bonus and benefits package
- High-quality team, strong internal support, and genuine progression opportunities
- Positive culture with experienced people who collaborate well
