An established eDiscovery consultancy is building out a dedicated review centre and is hiring an eDiscovery Review Manager to take real ownership of delivery. This is a hands-on role leading a small team (typically 5 to 10 reviewers) while staying close to the work and the client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead document review delivery end-to-end, from review launch through to QC and production readiness.
- Design defensible review workflows, protocols, and quality control processes.
- Manage and develop a reviewer team (hiring input, training, daily oversight, productivity and quality).
- Run review operations in Relativity, including batching/queues, searches, reporting, and issue escalation.
- Partner with Project Management and Sales on scoping, timelines, resourcing, and status reporting (hence 1 day in the office per week requirement).
- Maintain clear documentation, metrics, and audit trails to support defensibility and repeatable delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing document reviews end-to-end within litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters.
- Prior people leadership on reviews (team lead or manager), comfortable running a small team day-to-day.
- Strong Relativity experience (RelativityOne ideal), confident in setting up and running review workflows.
- Experience supporting large-scale document reviews, with a defensibility-first approach to QC and escalation.
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and providing clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Happy to stay hands-on in delivery, not a purely managerial role.
Package:
- Salary £70,000 to £100,000.
- 1 day per week in the office with a flexible working arrangement.
- A true 'green field' role with real ownership and visibility as the review centre scales.
- Small team leadership with the ability to stay close to the work.
- Clear progression as the function grows.
- Flexible working culture focused on delivery outcomes.
- Full suite of employee benefits, including private healthcare, pension, and more.
- Strong professional development support and exposure to global casework.
