A UK & EMEA Director level sales role with a growing and well-regarded international Legal Services firm. This is an individual contributor role where you will be expected to generate £1m+ revenue in Year 1 whilst also taking ownership of the sales strategy across UK & EMEA. Longer term, there is scope for this role to grow into a people leadership role as the sales team grows across UK & EMEA.

You will be supported by a team of local eDiscovery Project Managers who can deliver on the work you bring in from clients across law firms and in-house legal teams at corporate firms.

Skills & experience required for the UK & EMEA e-Discovery Sales Director role:

  • 8-10 years sales experience in eDiscovery Sales with a track record of selling over £1m annually and consistently.
  • New Business Development focused approach to sales.
  • Ability to clearly articulate your sales strategy and take the lead on execution.
  • Experience in hosting and attending industry events and working closely with marketing to create a plan to establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Driven to build mutually beneficial commercial relationships with lawyers and in-house counsel.

This is an excellent leadership opportunity for someone who has a consistent track record of delivering within a Legal Services firm who is interested in a UK & EMEA wide remit.
