About the Company & Role
I am exclusively representing a leading international law firm seeking an eDiscovery Consultant to join its established eDiscovery and Legal Technology function.
The team supports complex litigation, investigations and regulatory matters for a broad range of clients, working closely with legal teams throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an eDiscovery professional looking to develop their technical and client-facing experience within a global law firm, with exposure to complex matters, leading technology and emerging developments across the eDiscovery space.
The successful candidate will take ownership of smaller matters and workstreams independently, whilst supporting Senior Consultants on larger and more complex projects.
Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Consultant:
- Support eDiscovery projects across the EDRM, from scoping and data collection through to review, analytics, production and project close
- Manage and administer RelativityOne workspaces
- Configure workflows and tailor workspaces to meet matter-specific requirements
- Provide practical guidance to lawyers and clients on eDiscovery workflows and technology
- Take ownership of smaller matters and workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and efficiently
- Support Senior Consultants on larger and more complex matters
- Assist with project budgets, cost monitoring, documentation and stakeholder communication
- Identify project risks, troubleshoot technical issues and escalate where appropriate
- Support quality control and contribute to process improvement and best-practice initiatives
- Build strong relationships with legal teams, clients and wider stakeholders
- Stay up to date with developments in eDiscovery, legal technology and emerging AI solutions
Qualifications of an eDiscovery Consultant:
- 3+ years of experience within eDiscovery, eDisclosure or Litigation Technology
- Experience gained within a law firm, consultancy, eDiscovery provider or similar professional services environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Relativity, ideally RelativityOne or RelAir
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with confidence communicating with lawyers
Pay Range & Benefits
- Β£60,000 - Β£70,000 depending on experience and location
