Job Description
eDiscovery Senior Manager
As a senior member of this eDiscovery team, you'll oversee project delivery, quality control, and team development. You’ll play a central role in managing complex, high-stakes data challenges using tools including Relativity through its full capabilities, including TAR, GenAI, and Early Case Assessment platforms.
Key Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Senior Manager:
- Lead the full disclosure project lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Manage client communications, internal teams, and resource planning
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with process and security standards
- Provide technical and strategic input on Relativity configuration, workflows, and analytics
- Mentor and review the performance of junior team members
- Ensure accurate billing, reporting, and internal knowledge-sharing
Requirements of this eDiscovery Senior Manager:
- Extensive hands-on experience using Relativity through its full capability
- Strong background in delivering end-to-end eDiscovery solutions
- Team leadership experience with a collaborative, proactive mindset
