Overview: I’m working on a eDiscovery Senior Consultant position with a top-tier law firm in London. This is a relationship-first role sitting between the legal teams and the tech, where you’ll be the go-to person in the office for litigation support and eDiscovery from matter intake through to trial.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the primary London contact for litigation support, partnering closely with litigators, eDiscovery counsel and case teams.
  • Owning the day-to-day project coordination for review matters, including review protocols, search strategy, sampling, QC and productions.
  • Building, maintaining and optimising review workspaces across platforms like Relativity and DISCO, plus other industry tools.
  • Managing production quality, including privilege and confidentiality calls, redactions and defensible outputs.
  • Delivering training and ongoing support to lawyers and business services teams on litigation systems and workflows.
  • Managing external vendor relationships and keeping matters on track across timelines, process and quality.
  • Applying defensible approaches to AI-enabled discovery (TAR, active learning, GenAI tools and analytics), including validation and QC.
  • Supporting information retention and data privacy review work, with ownership of tracking, reporting and maintaining templates/resources.

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong project management in a fast-moving legal environment, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Solid hands-on litigation support and eDiscovery experience.
  • Experience with review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, Opus and OnCue.
  • Understanding of relational databases and core IT fundamentals (desktop and network operating systems).
  • Comfortable working extended hours when matters demand it.

Nice to have: exposure to GenAI-led eDiscovery workflows (for example Relativity aiR or similar).
