Reporting to the Manager of LegalTech Services, this role focuses on managing client data for disputes (80%) and transactional matters (20%), utilising eDiscovery, data visualization, and legal technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Project Analyst:
- Matter Management: Overseeing all phases of the EDRM process, including data collection, AI-driven review strategies, and production. Managing corporate matters via transactional software and online deal rooms.
- Technical Consultation: Advising legal teams and clients on best practices, technology selection, and cost estimates. Delivering training on legal tech tools.
- Quality Control & Risk Management: Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security in all LegalTech services. Identifying and mitigating risks.
- New Technology & Process Improvement: Researching and implementing new software solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Providing internal training on legal tech tools and processes to develop best practices within the firm.
