Over the past few years, their eDiscovery and eData team has matured into one of the most forward-thinking in the industry - actively adopting a variety of AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and streamline every stage of the disclosure process.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their eDiscovery career (1–2 years’ experience ideally using Relativity) or an individual from a broader litigation support or data background looking to develop deep hands-on expertise with industry-leading tools.Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Executive:Support eDiscovery and data-related work across complex litigation and regulatory matters.Assist with setting up, managing, and quality-checking cases within review platforms.Collaborate with legal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and project success.Provide technical support and guidance across disclosure workflows.Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement by sharing ideas and supporting process innovation.Requirements of an eDiscovery Executive:Around 1–2 years’ experience in eDiscovery or legal technology (law firm, consultancy, or vendor).Experience using Relativity is advantageous, but training will be provided.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies within legal operations.Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and legal teams.Must be a UK citizen, not requiring visa support.
