Based in London, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border litigation and investigation matters across the EMEA region, leveraging advanced technologies and modern workflows.

Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Senior Consultant:

  • Lead and manage full-lifecycle eDiscovery projects across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) including:

Data collection management, ingestions & processing

Review management and analytics (CAL and/or TAR)

Final productions to clients including quality checks

  • Operate as a daily expert user of Relativity (RelOne) to manage and deliver project milestones effectively
  • Translate complex technical details into clear, layman-friendly explanations for clients and stakeholders
  • Juggle multiple projects across various time zones, with an emphasis on EMEA-based clients
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service
  • Assist in training junior team members and guiding best practices across the eDiscovery lifecycle

Requirements of an eDiscovery Senior Consultant:

  • Minimum 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience with a track record of independently managing complex matters
  • Expertise in Relativity (RelOne) and deep familiarity with other industry-standard eDiscovery tools
  • Strong grasp of technical concepts and hands-on experience with collection, processing, and analytics workflows
  • Experience working at an eDiscovery vendor preferred; law firm experience acceptable; in-house only experience not suitable for this role
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
