Digital Forensic Consultant | London (Hybrid) | £55,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits I’m currently working with a global leader in forensic investigation and disclosure to find an experienced Digital Forensic Consultant to join their growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in complex investigative work and is looking to take full ownership of high-stakes digital forensic cases. This organisation is internationally recognised for its expertise in digital investigations, supporting legal, regulatory, and corporate clients across a broad range of sectors. Their team handles matters including data breaches, internal investigations, IP disputes, and fraud cases, among others. Key Responsibilities of a Digital Forensic Consultant: Lead forensic investigations independently, ensuring best practices in evidence handling and analysis. Perform digital collections both remotely and onsite, using industry-standard tools. Analyse data from a wide range of digital sources (mobile, desktop, laptop, servers). Prepare thorough, well-structured forensic reports suitable for legal and non-technical audiences. Present findings to clients and help translate technical conclusions into business-relevant language. Attend client sites for collections when needed – frequency may vary (e.g., Key Requirements of a Digital Forensic Consultant: Demonstrated experience running digital forensic investigations from start to finish. Proficiency with key forensic tools (e.g., Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems from a forensic perspective. 5-hour commute of central London and open to occasional onsite travel.
