An established eDiscovery consultancy is building out a dedicated review centre and is hiring an eDiscovery Review Manager to take real ownership of delivery.
- Lead document review delivery end-to-end, from review launch through to QC and production readiness.
- Design defensible review workflows, protocols, and quality control processes.
- Manage and develop a reviewer team (hiring input, training, daily oversight, productivity and quality).
- Partner with Project Management and Sales on scoping, timelines, resourcing, and status reporting (hence 1 day in the office per week requirement).
- Maintain clear documentation, metrics, and audit trails to support defensibility and repeatable delivery.
Proven experience managing document reviews end-to-end within litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters. Experience supporting large-scale document reviews, with a defensibility-first approach to QC and escalation. Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and providing clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
1 day per week in the office with a flexible working arrangement. A true 'green field' role with real ownership and visibility as the review centre scales.
