What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead investor acquisition and engagement across high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and private capital networks.
- Present structured investment opportunities aligned with APT’s preference share offering, ensuring clarity, trust, and regulatory alignment.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of investors for specific property development projects.
- Coordinate closely with the founding team on deal structure, project timelines, and return forecasting .
- Represent the business at investment networking events , roundtables, and private introductions.
- Support compliance and documentation , ensuring all agreements, disclosures, and investor communications are professional and timely.
- Contribute to APT’s marketing strategy for investment , working with content, legal, and digital to grow reach and credibility.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 5+ years\’ experience in business development, investor relations, or capital raising (property, private equity, or venture capital experience preferred).
- Understands investment products (especially fixed-return and equity-style investments).
- Can confidently pitch structured investments and communicate with credibility to sophisticated investors.
- Is target-driven , proactive, and thrives in high-trust, entrepreneurial environments.
- Has a good grasp of the UK property market , development process, or construction cycle.
- Has their own network of private investors or intermediaries .
- Has the ability to add instant value as we launch
