You will be providing 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Behavioural and SEMH needs
- Non-verbal communication support
- Sensory and routine-based support
Your role will involve building trust, creating structure, and helping pupils access learning in a calm, nurturing and consistent way.
Requirements- Proven experience supporting SEN pupils or adults
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, SEMH or non-verbal needs
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- A patient, resilient and compassionate approach
- A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
