A dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant is needed to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with complex needs in a mainstream primary setting. The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
- Implement EHCP strategies and behaviour plans
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
- Promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and inclusion
- Uphold safeguarding standards in line with KCSIE
This SEN Teaching role requires prior experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a 1:1 capacity.
Pay & Commitment
- Daily rate: £95-£105, based on experience and assignment
- Full-time hours, term-time only
