APT Education is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Northampton (NN1) to work 1:1 with pupils with additional needs at a large, welcoming Primary school.
This full-time role starts in September, supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and other needs, in a structured learning environment.
The role involves 1:1 support, close collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO, and employing calm communication strategies to aid emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
