APT Education is recruiting a resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with pupils with additional needs at a large primary school in Kettering.
The role starts in September and is full‑time, involving supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and behavioural needs within a structured environment.
You will work closely with teachers and the SLT to maintain calm, supportive routines and help pupils access learning through visual supports and de‑escalation techniques.
