A wonderful, family-run nursery near Puxley, Deanshanger is looking for a caring, confident and qualified Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 3) to join their warm, supportive team on a full-time, ASAP start basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing Early Years environment where children are at the heart of everything, and staff are valued, supported and treated like family.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children aged 0–5 with learning, play and development
  • Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Assist with planning, observations and key-worker responsibilities
  • Promote independence, curiosity and early learning milestones

This role is perfect for someone who is warm, patient, creative and passionate about Early Years.

Requirements
  • CACHE Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
  • A caring, positive and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
