Role: Business Development & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Support outreach and partnership initiatives with universities, startups, and companies.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive platform engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the tech and design teams to enhance brand visibility and user experience.
- Represent Apt-Aura in online or on-site events, startup pitch sessions, and community initiatives.
Requirements:
- Students or graduates (degree level) in MBA, Marketing, Business, or Human Resource Management preferred — but all majors are welcome.
- Experience in a recruitment center, incubator, accelerator, or startup, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in the startup ecosystem, AI innovation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
