APSS is looking for a proactive Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with clients, pricing work accurately, and helping turn enquiries into live projects. You’ll be involved from first enquiry and site visit, through pricing and tender submission, right through to handover into delivery, working closely with our design, commercial and project teams.

Since 1997, APSS has delivered high‑quality commercial interior fit‑out and refurbishment projects across office, retail, industrial, education and healthcare sectors, operating nationwide from our Lincoln base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries and qualify opportunities
  • Arrange site visits / surveys to understand scope and constraints
  • Measure works from drawings and site information
  • Build estimates and tender submissions (labour, materials, subcontractors, prelims)
  • Send out enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers and compare returns
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in an estimating / sales estimating / commercial role within construction, fit‑out or interiors
