My rapidly expanding and dynamic SaaS client urgently requires two experienced SaaS engineers to help with the deployment and integration of their innovative vendor management platform for their FTSE100 client. This will be a role for practical and delivery-focused engineers.

Key technical experience:- Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SaaS platforms within AWS-hosted enterprise environments
- Proven background working across DEV, TEST, QA, Pre-Prod and Production environments
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams operating in fast-paced sprint and iteration-based delivery models
- Skilled in creation and maintenance of custom fields, workflows, forms, business rules and platform configuration
- Strong deployment and release management experience including configuration migration and environment promotion
- Experience supporting CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines across multiple environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex platform, configuration and environment issues quickly and effectively
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery, configuration governance and change management
- Practical experience using JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, defect management and workflow progression
- Experience supporting UAT, defect triage and resolution activities during testing cycles
- Ability to work closely with Architecture, Product, Integration, Customer Success and Engineering teams
- Comfortable translating business requirements into scalable technical configuration solutions
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs and enterprise data flows advantageous
- Exposure to SQL queries, data analysis and troubleshooting activities desirable
- Strong understanding of RBAC, security models and data handling controls within regulated environments advantageous
- Insurance sector experience desirable, particularly within TPRM, Supplier Risk, Compliance or Governance domains
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across technical and business audiences
- Able to work independently whilst remaining aligned to programme governance, sprint objectives and delivery timelines
- Experience producing or contributing to documentation, runbooks, user guides and support material beneficial
- Quick-thinking, delivery-focused individual with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset
It is expected that this assignment can be conducted remotely with occasional site visits to the South Coast - travel expenses will be provided where necessary. This assignment will fall Inside IR35 and candidates may be required to undergo background checks prior to commencement.
