HR Advisor - Employee Relations - UK wide Travel - 3 month contract in Exeter

We have a contract for a strong HR Generalist (5 years+ experience?) to work with an organisation, who have sites across England and who need this person to travel on a regular basis. The successful candidate should expect to be travelling 3/4 days per week and to work from home for the rest of the week.

It doesn\’t matter where you are based but you must be willing to do a considerable amount of travel (expenses paid).

You will be working with an existing HR Team, who have been depleted by illness and need an additional pair of hands for the next 3 months. Whilst on site, you will be required to provide guidance to the management team on various matters, so strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
