ISO Compliance consultant
We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to support the design, development, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of our client's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with internationally recognised standards and organisational requirements.
You will be responsible for maintaining existing certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 20000, while supporting the development and implementation of new management systems and certification programmes. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will develop management system documentation, coordinate audit activities, identify opportunities for continual improvement and help embed a culture of compliance, quality and effective governance throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Design, development and continual enhancement of the organisation's Management Systems, ensuring it supports business growth, operational effectiveness and recognised standards.
Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, surveillance and recertification of multiple ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000.
Translate ISO, regulatory and business requirements into effective governance frameworks, processes, controls and management system documentation.
Provide oversight of internal audits, external certification audits, management reviews and associated assurance activities.
Drive the effective management of risks, opportunities, non-conformities, corrective actions and continual improvement programmes.
Work with management and teams across the business to embed compliance and ensure management system requirements are understood and applied.
Develop meaningful compliance reporting, KPIs and management information to support senior leadership decision-making.
Monitor changes in legislation, regulation and recognised standards, assessing their impact and ensuring the organisation remains compliant.
Promote a culture of quality, assurance and continual improvement across the organisation.
Experience Required:
