Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive/Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality proposals in response to client briefs and RFPs. This role requires both strong writing skills and excellent coordination with internal teams and our network of approved partners. You will also support the business development process by tracking and following up on live proposals, helping to ensure timely client feedback and next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse client briefs and RFPs to understand requirements and identify key deliverables.

• Draft clear, compelling proposals that reflect both the client’s objectives and capabilities.

• Liaise with our approved partners (including fieldwork providers, translators, platforms, etc.) to gather timely and accurate cost estimates.

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Project Managers, Recruitment, Operations) to compile timelines, methodologies, and team credentials.

• Adapt and tailor proposal content to suit the specific needs of each client and project.

• Maintain and update a library of proposal templates, company credentials, and past case studies.

• Proactively track live proposals and follow up with clients by email to ensure timely responses and maintain project momentum.

• Support business development activities by contributing to pitch decks and client-facing materials as required.

• Manage multiple proposal deadlines, ensuring all submissions are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Our Offer:

• Starting Salary: £32,000 per annum.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UK local time), including a one-hour lunch break.

• Holidays: 20 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays for the first 2 years with 1 day added per year thereafter (up to 25).
