This opportunity represents a new hiring project with a long-standing and truly outstanding client of ours, as they continue to expand one of the industry’s most exciting pipelines and product portfolios. We are launching a 4-person hiring project to support this growth and are keen to speak with both experienced industry professionals and individuals from strong, relevant consulting backgrounds. HTA Lead (Leadership Experience Required)
As HTA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the UK market access and HTA strategy across a diverse portfolio of innovative medicines. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of HTA Managers and Health Economics Managers in the development of high-quality HTA submissions.
- Overseeing HTA and Health Economics strategy across assets and indications within your therapeutic specialism.
- Supporting HE Managers in the development and adaptation of global health economics deliverables.
- Guiding HTA Managers in the development of HTA strategy and submissions.
- Actively engaging with global cross-functional teams to shape and refine core value materials.
Health Economics Managers (x3)
These roles will play a critical part in supporting the development of robust UK health economics evidence across a highly innovative portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of UK health economics deliverables, working closely with global colleagues and external vendors.
- Driving engagement with external health economics experts and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with key internal partners including HTA Managers, Market Access colleagues, Medical Affairs, Outcomes Research, and Commercial Leads.
- Supporting the generation of value evidence and economic models to support reimbursement and market access strategies.
