Apsida Life Science are currently partnered with one of the hottest emerging Biotech's in the UK who have a number of programs in development ranging from Phase I to Phase III. The management team are looking for a Clinical Trial Supplies Manager to have responsibility for the day-to-day clinical supply chain management for all clinical studies. This individual will be reporting directly into the Associate Director of Clinical Trial Supply. Please note this will be a 12 month FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of IMP packaging, labelling, distribution, and responsible for activities contributing to the on-time delivery of quality-driven clinical supplies.
- Responsible for ensuring that Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) is labelled, packaged, released, shipped, and distributed to clinical sites in a timely manner and in accordance with cGMP/GCP guidelines.
- Chair of Supply Chain Operations meetings, working with clinical colleagues to ensure alignment of IMP supply to clinical recruitment plans.
- Manage day to day clinical supply functionality within IRT systems where required. Contribute as needed towards IRT set up and UAT.
Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years' experience in clinical trials supply chain roles.
- Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or CDMO.
- Experience/knowledge of cGMP or cGCP.
- Ability to operate in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
