This is a key leadership role, focused on driving the division's growth by winning new business and successfully delivering our most complex, high value projects. Empower clients to launch groundbreaking therapies worldwide. Your mandate is to lead teams, secure new business development, and partner on high-level strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in life sciences strategic consulting with demonstrable capability and achievements.
- An advanced degree is required (master's or PhD) in at least one of the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic diseases (CVRM), or rare diseases.
- Life Sciences Consulting Experience.
- Successfully managing profitable projects that deliver client value.
- Engaging with clients (existing and prospective) to win new business.
Competitive base salary and benefits. Discretionary annual bonus scheme. Medical, dental, and vision plan. 20 days holiday (rising to 25 days) plus 12 US federal holidays and four additional days between Christmas and New Year.
