Job Title: Associate Consultant

Duration – Full-time (office-based)

specialist consulting firm with senior leadership that has 20+ years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They help biopharma companies create and execute tailored strategies, including brand positioning, launch planning, competitive analysis, segmentation, and early‐asset development.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Development
: Gains a depth of understanding of the client, their challenges and needs, meeting their expectations and building trust through proactivity. Leads client calls where required and develops check-in decks and templates. Delivers outcomes to clients in a professional and complete format.

• Development of pre-reads workshop decks, and project materials
• Takes an active role in designing a project and key deliverables
• Facilitation and leading breakout groups/ workshop sessions
• Supports write-up development in conjunction with the Project Lead, including providing input to strategic insights and \’red-thread\’.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, etc.)
• Strategic Thinking experience
• Innovative and problem solving experience
• Diary and Time Management
• Demonstrates ability to credibly engage with clients and develop relationships
