We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The Joiner will play a crucial part in ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Duties

• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, fittings, and furniture according to specifications.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joining materials.
• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and installation of doors and windows.
• Engage in joinery work, ensuring precision in measurements and cuts.
• Provide electrical support for installations that require wiring or fixtures.
• Handle heavy lifting as necessary during the assembly and installation processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in fabrication techniques and assembly processes within the joinery field.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction and woodworking.
• Experience in carpentry finishing work.
• Familiarity with joinery practices that ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily duties.
• Competence in construction painting techniques for various surfaces.
