Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Approved Electrician located in the Greater Glasgow Area. Responsibilities include performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across various sites. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring all electrical works comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The Approved Electrician will work collaboratively to ensure high-quality service delivery that aligns with APSFM's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Work, with an understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electrical systems and components
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying electrical faults and issues
- Background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge and expertise
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
- Relevant qualifications, certifications, and licenses required to perform electrical work in Scotland
- Experience in facilities management or property maintenance is an advantage
