Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Gesamtverantwortung für Teststrategie, Testplanung und Teststeuerung in komplexen IT- und Banking-Projekten
- Koordination und Führung von Testaktivitäten über mehrere Projektphasen hinweg
- Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, IT, externen Dienstleistern und Projektmanagement
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Reporting von Testfortschritt, Risiken und Qualität an Stakeholder
- Unterstützung bei Release- und Abnahmetests in einem Kernbankenumfeld
Das bringst du mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Testmanager im Bankenumfeld, idealerweise bei österreichischen Banken
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Testmanagement komplexer IT-Systeme
- Erfahrung mit Kernbankensystemen, idealerweise im Umfeld von ARCTIS oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Testmanager-Zertifizierung wünschenswert (z. B. ISTQB oder vergleichbar)
- Projektmanagementerfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
