Cable Installer The Role We are recruiting Cable Installers who will work on numerous sites across the UK installing Ducts and Trench work and assist with the installation of HV cables. The ideal candidates will be experienced in Cable Installation, be fully flexible regarding travel and prepared to travel to site locations and stay away when required. Specific responsibilities include the following but are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive: Excavation, Duct Installation and Reinstatement Works Joint Bay Preparation HV Cable Installation Any general labouring tasks required on site. Compliance with company Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to: a.Management of self and others as applicable and required b.Processing and recording of site and project forms and paperwork, to include but not limited to: i.Goods delivery notes ii.On hire and off hire notes iii.Plant inspection forms iv.Daily Progress Reports, Site Diaries as applicable v.Timesheets vi.Point of Work Risk Assessments vii.Reporting of all accidents, incidents, near misses and completion of Safety Observation Report Cards.
