aps Events & Media Ltd is a successful, diverse and well‑established events and media production company. We specialise in delivering global events – both virtual and live – and creating exciting, innovative digital media within the healthcare sector. We are now looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. This is a full‑time, varied role that would suit someone who is an "all rounder" when it comes to finance‑related administrative and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full administration of company credit card processes – ensuring accurate data entry and that all relevant expense records, receipts and invoices are submitted by the project teams
  • Responsible for the sales ledger – raising and issuing invoices and reconciling incoming payments
  • Chasing outstanding debt and issuing monthly client statements
  • Liaising with other teams to resolve queries with invoices, payments, expenses etc.
  • Providing general ad‑hoc support when required (e.g. purchase ledger)

Requirements

You will have a good understanding of finance administrative processes, a proactive approach to tasks, the ability to prioritise your own workloads and be confident in communicating with colleagues of all levels. Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly MS Excel, is required.
