We are actively recruiting for a Parts Assistant, the role is to provide Parts support to Dealer Network and both Internal and External customers. Ensuring efficient, timely and accurate response to all parts pricing requests and ordering. You will have parts experience, be organised and able to work at a fast pace prioritising urgent enquiries over vehicles that are still in a working condition.

Core Activities – Parts Assistant – Materials Handling
- Pick / Pack & dispatch (creating dispatch notes from Autoline) to CAT dealers and end customers.
- Pick / Pack & dispatch (creating dispatch notes from Autoline) to other Impact depots.
- Parts identification (utilising CAT / Toyota / Nissan / Others) parts catalogue
- Rotate stock locations to facilitate easy picking.
- Issuing parts to service engineers (some external using Autoline dispatch system)
- Parts returns (to suppliers) and from service engineers.
- Daily perpetual stocktaking.
- Ensuring Equipment preparation, consumable stocks are kept within minimum stocking levels
- Creating new bin locations for new stock
- Assisting with the obsolete parts project
- Checking parts booked on job sheets ensuring that stocks are promptly replenished.
