To achieve or exceed agreed sales targets within a designated territory, with a primary focus on planned maintenance contracts for small and medium sized industrial door users, alongside selective opportunities for new equipment, replacements and upgrades.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Delivery of Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed agreed revenue, margin and growth targets, primarily through the sale of planned maintenance and service contracts, with an additional contribution from new industrial door equipment sales, modernisations and upgrades. Drive the right balance of contract renewals, new maintenance agreements, and selective capital equipment opportunities to support long‐term recurring revenue.
- Market Awareness and Customer Penetration: Maintain excellent awareness of local market conditions, competitor activity, customer assets, compliance requirements and service cycles. Ensure the company’s industrial door service and maintenance offering is presented to all relevant target accounts and included in tender, framework and preferred supplier opportunities.
- Cross‐Functional Opportunity Management: Work proactively with Service Operations, Key Accounts, Engineering and Projects teams to identify, qualify and circulate opportunities for maintenance, repair, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
- Customer Experience and Retention: Promote and deliver a consistently high‐quality customer experience across all stages of the sales and service lifecycle, supporting contract retention and multi‐year agreements.
- Team Contribution and Collaboration: Support and contribute to team‐based initiatives aimed at improving overall sales performance, contract attachment rates, customer retention and business profitability.
- Professional Conduct and Values: Interact with customers, colleagues, contractors and partners in a manner fully aligned with the company’s culture, values and safety standards, acting as a professional ambassador for the brand at all times.
