About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will design, implement, and maintain a QMS that supports business growth and compliance. You'll lead internal and external audits, manage quality investigations, and train staff to uphold best practices. Working cross-functionally, you'll drive continuous improvement and be the go-to expert for all quality matters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain the Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulations, and business needs
- Lead internal audits & manage external regulatory audits
- Oversee corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis & investigations
- Train staff on quality systems, processes, and best practices
- Monitor and analyse quality data, trends, and risk assessments
- Work closely with teams to improve processes and drive efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, Business, or Electronics
- 3+ years' experience in Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Strong ISO standards knowledge and experience building & managing QMS
- Expertise in auditing, compliance assessments, and process improvements
- Hands-on experience with document control, NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
