Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering? Do you thrive in a hands-on role, providing top-quality technical expertise and customer support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our National Service Team!

Responsibilities

  1. Perform on-site repairs, commissioning, servicing, and calibration of inline inspection equipment.
  2. Conduct upgrades and refurbishments at customer sites.
  3. Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
  4. Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations at all times.
  5. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
  6. Participate in the on-call standby rota as required.

Requirements

  1. Strong technical electrical/electronic skills.
  2. Minimum BTEC/ONC/HNC qualification in electromechanical/electrical engineering.
  3. Experience in a field service role (commissioning, repairs, servicing, and customer support).
  4. Basic PLC programming knowledge and familiarity with PC hardware (advantageous).
  5. Proficiency in PC literacy.
  6. Organised and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  7. Full UK driving licence.
