Responsibilities
- Perform on-site repairs, commissioning, servicing, and calibration of inline inspection equipment.
- Conduct upgrades and refurbishments at customer sites.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations at all times.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in the on-call standby rota as required.
Requirements
- Strong technical electrical/electronic skills.
- Minimum BTEC/ONC/HNC qualification in electromechanical/electrical engineering.
- Experience in a field service role (commissioning, repairs, servicing, and customer support).
- Basic PLC programming knowledge and familiarity with PC hardware (advantageous).
- Proficiency in PC literacy.
- Organised and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Full UK driving licence.
