The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Group Managing Director and the Board, along with some support to two other Executives. This is a varied and fast-paced role, requiring exceptional multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
You\βll be the trusted right hand to senior stakeholders-managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, overseeing internal communications, and supporting with projects and events that shape the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements.
- Act as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee internal communications platforms, including intranet updates.
- Support contract administration, supplier management, and office procurement.
- Coordinate internal events, external meetings, and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Marketing to deliver company-wide initiatives.
What We\βre Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar senior administrative role.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and handling confidential information.
- Background in event management, internal communications, or project coordination is an advantage.
