POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work with Demand Generation to assist Sales Executives (SE) in driving new business revenue. You will be required to utilize leading sales technology to meet activity and meeting quotas per month.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Work with Demand Generation to identify target prospects/stakeholders to engage with
- Collaborate with marketing and Sales Executives to create and drive a nurture program to support pipeline development
- Build targeted lists for outreach using ZoomInfo and Salesforce
- Engage with prospects to identify business challenges through structured discovery conversations
- Effectively communicate the value of Aprimo solutions that help solve identified challenges
- Utilize product content and live product demonstrations to provide an amazing buyer experience
- Generate high-quality first-time appointments per month for your Sales Executive
- Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline that exceeds 3x of the team annual quota
- Identify gaps in KPIs against strategic territory plans
- Assist your SE in driving new business revenue into an assigned vertical territory
- Assist in qualifying RFIs/RFPs, coordinating input from multiple sources within Aprimo
- Present relevant proposals and demonstrate the capabilities of Aprimo Application’s software
- Utilize existing networks and relationships to build new business
- Document information on each opportunity through Aprimo’s SFDC CRM tool
- Collaborate with other departments in preparing sales materials, presentations, and technical publications
- Develop and maintain market knowledge and competitor positioning
- Identify and attend relevant industry events that support pipeline creation
- Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as required

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role within a software provider, SaaS, digital or technical sales environment
- 1-2 years of related experience (marketing, sales, consulting, business process)
- Proven track record of meeting target goals
- Strong performance against target in a purely new business BDM/MDR role

APRIMO BENEFITS WE OFFER: Target Compensation: Annual base salary target of the euro or British pound equivalent of $70,000 USD and commissions target of $30,000 USD. Competitive benefits coverage that begins on the first day of employment.
