At Aprimo, the Business Development Representative (BDR) will work with Demand Generation to assist Account Executives (AE) to drive new business revenue. Responsibilities include:
- Working with marketing and Account Executives to create and drive a nurture program to support pipeline development.
- Building targeted lists for outreach using ZoomInfo, Cognism and Salesforce.
- Identifying business challenges through structured discovery conversations, aligning their challenges with the values and outcomes Aprimo can provide.
- Generating high-quality first-time appointments per month for your Account Executive to attend.
- Maintaining a qualified opportunity pipeline that exceeds 3x of the team annual quota.
- Utilising existing networks and relationships to build new business.
- Accurately documenting information on each opportunity through Aprimo’s SFDC CRM tool while always recording/maintaining next steps/actions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role within a software provider, SaaS, digital or technical sales environment.
- Fluency in English, French, and German are required.
- Proven track record of generating opportunities in a purely new business BDR/MDR role – strong performance against target.

- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided.
