The consultancy partners with senior leadership teams to unlock commercial potential, define compelling propositions and create places that are differentiated, culturally relevant and built for long-term success. With expertise spanning strategy, branding, customer experience, research and go-to-market activation, April Taylor has worked on some of the UK’s most influential real estate projects and brands, including The Shard, 22 Bishopsgate, Leeds United and London Square.
We’re looking for a sharp, design-literate Marketing Executive with exceptional attention to detail to join our strategic consultancy on a freelance/contract basis, starting immediately. Collaborating closely with a small yet high-performing and creative team, the position will support multiple fast-paced accounts and include a broad mix of content development, research and marketing coordination. It offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile real estate, destination and brand projects across the UK property sector.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing marketing materials and presentations
- Undertaking research and benchmarking
- Contributing to wider strategic and creative outputs for a range of clients
This is a hands-on position within a consultancy environment, offering genuine responsibility from day one. It would suit someone highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.
Skills & Experience
- Marketing Executive-level experience, ideally within property, placemaking or a creative/agency environment
- Advanced capability across Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, alongside experience using Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to produce polished, well-structured and professionally formatted client documents and presentations within established brand guidelines
- Strong design sensibility, with a clear understanding of layout, hierarchy and visual quality
- Confident research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly gather, synthesise and structure information
- Highly proactive, organised and capable of operating independently within a fast-paced environment
- Able to quickly integrate into live projects and contribute from day one
