We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough (NN8) who require a Production Supervisor to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Rotation - AM/PM (37.5 hours per week)
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production policies and procedures
- Establish priorities to ensure the production team are working efficiently
- Report KPIs to Senior Management
- Check manufacturing equipment to ensure working order and that constant workflow is maintained
- Ensure staff adhere to Health, Safety and Quality processes
- Quality check products before distribution to customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment
