We are working with a reputable client based in Braintree (CM7) who require a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying Β£26,500 - Β£28,000 per annum (DOE).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Pension
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Quality Assurance Technician within an engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for maintaining high quality standards on site, set by the company in line with AS9100 standards
- Conduct first off inspections, patrol checks and final inspections
- Use a range of precision measuring equipment from gauges to CMM's
- Creating first article inspection reports (FAIR)
- Learn how to create and use CMM Programs (training provided)
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment
- Must be PC literate
- Excellent attention to detail
