We are working with a reputable client based in Luton (LU3) who require a Quality Inspector to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying Β£33,500 - Β£37,500 per annum (DOE). Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4pm or 8am - 6pm. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Peoples Pension.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Quality Inspector within an engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining high quality standards on site, set by the company in line with AS9100 standards
  • Conduct first off inspections, patrol checks and final inspections
  • Use a range of precision measuring equipment from gauges to CMMs
  • Creating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
  • Create CMM Programs when required
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment
  • Familiar with CMM software
  • Must be PC literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
