We are working with a reputable client based in Luton (LU3) who require a Quality Inspector to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying £33,500 - £37,500 per annum (DOE). Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4pm or 8am - 6pm. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Peoples Pension.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Quality Inspector within an engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining high quality standards on site, set by the company in line with AS9100 standards
- Conduct first off inspections, patrol checks and final inspections
- Use a range of precision measuring equipment from gauges to CMMs
- Creating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
- Create CMM Programs when required
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment
- Familiar with CMM software
- Must be PC literate
- Excellent attention to detail
