We are working with a reputable company based in Northampton (NN3) who require a Service Engineer. The position is a permanent role paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + Benefits (DOE).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer sales enquiries
- Supply customers with service and parts support
- Manage warranty processing
- Work closely with all teams to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Conduct site visits when required
Key Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on mechanical / electrical systems within a service environment
- Must have machine repairing experience both on site and in a workshop
- Experienced in using Microsoft IT applications
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to create accurate job reports for work carried out
