We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough who require a CNC Miller Setter Operator to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying £16.00 - £18.50 per hour (DOE) + Benefits.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm. 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Peoples Pension.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within an engineering environment. The right candidate will also have good CNC setting and operating experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for setting and operating up to 5 axis machinery
- Must be able to read and interpret technical information
- The ability to modify and edit programmes as and when required
- Familiar with managing and operating Fanuc controls
- Deburring components when required
- Ability to use a range of precision measuring instruments
- Quality checking components
- Other general duties when required
- 3 years experience within a similar environment
- Must be PC literate
- Excellent attention to detail
