The Senior Technical Project Manager will take on a key role in delivering multiple projects across the business, each involving a blend of Electronics, Software, and Mechanical elements to develop safety-critical products that save lives. From concept and design through to manufacturing and ongoing support, this role ensures projects are executed with precision and excellence.
Some further responsibilities include:
- Leading projects in line with established delivery frameworks and NPI processes, from vision and goal setting to managing budgets and timelines.
- Integrating Agile and traditional project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery.
- Collaborating with leaders across the business to introduce and refine innovative working practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements of the Senior Technical Project Manager
- Technical Engineering/Manufacturing Background
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experienced working within a Project role
- NPI/NPD/Product development experience
