Product Manager Role

The successful candidate will serve as the central link between our customers and our internal teams. This role requires deep customer engagement to identify market needs and opportunities, especially where our existing technology can be leveraged for new markets. You will be responsible for creating compelling, innovative product visions and strategies that are both technically feasible and commercially profitable. Your ability to bridge engineering, sales, and marketing will be critical for driving product innovation and adoption across the business.

  • Strategy & Vision: Define Product Strategy, Identify Opportunities, Prioritize Development
  • Execution & Collaboration: Serve as the Bridge, Integrate Innovation, Provide Technical Guidance
  • Customer & Market: Engage Customers, Support Go-to-Market

Essential Requirements

  • A university degree (Master\’s preferred) in a technical discipline such as Engineering or Computer Science.
  • A history of not just managing, but successfully launching innovative products from concept to market.
  • The expertise to deeply understand customer problems and convert those insights into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
  • Proven ability to spot and execute opportunities to introduce products to new or expanded markets.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, and lead diverse teams (technical and non-technical) toward a common goal.
  • The core skill of making sound business decisions that balance customer desires, technical realities, and the potential for business growth.
