What the Indirect Category Manager involves
The Indirect Category Manager is responsible for managing and optimising indirect and services spend across areas such as Facilities, Logistics, Recruitment, Marketing and IT.
Acting as a key procurement and commercial partner, the role develops category and sourcing strategies, leads supplier selection and contract negotiations, manages supplier performance and commercial risk, and identifies opportunities for cost savings and added value.
The role works closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure procurement decisions balance cost, service quality, operational requirements, compliance and contractual protection, while supporting sustainability objectives and driving continuous improvement in procurement processes and supplier relationships.

- Indirect procurement/category management experience.
- Background working in a manufacturing environment.
